On this day of remembrance, I decided to focus on something beautiful. So Mateo and I drove into San Francisco to see the Guo Pei: Couture Fantasy exhibition at the Legion of Honor, which is as stunning and spectacular as everyone says. The design, the embroidery, the imagination: Each piece is an exquisite, extraordinary work of art. We took the free docent tour, highly recommended. We also recommend the museum cafe, which for our family is always a highlight. Guo Pei: Couture Fantasy has been extended to November 27. Tickets are required. See it if you can!
